RCIA is a process that prospective converts to Catholicism undergo to come into full communion with the Church. It is aimed at adults and candidates are gradually introduced to aspects of Catholic beliefs and practices. The process is also used for those Catholic and non-Catholics who want to learn more about the Catholic Faith as well as baptised Catholics who have not been confirmed and are seeking confirmation.
The course runs for a year, every Monday night (apart from holidays) culminating in the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday night.
